Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Task Management: Address customers' complaints or concerns, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and balance cash and record sales.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide customer service, and work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player.
