Job Title: Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.
  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-tension situations.
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
