Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kinesiologist to join our team as a part-time Flexologist. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality stretch sessions to clients, educating them on proper stretch techniques, and ensuring their safety throughout each session.

Daily Duties:
  • Assisted Stretch Sessions: Deliver excellent one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that convert prospects to members, and retain members who have joined using static, passive and PNF stretching.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about why you are choosing certain stretches and how it will help them achieve their goals.
  • Customized Stretch Plans: Assess client mobility, flexibility, muscle activation, and posture/symmetry to develop a customized stretch plan.
  • Client Motivation: Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
  • Client Safety: Ensure the safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
  • Session Notes: Promptly complete detailed notes of each visit to ensure continuity of service.
Training Prior to Hire:

All candidates must successfully complete the proprietary Flexologist Training Program before hiring can be finalized. The program includes: 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, a performance/skill test, 20 hours of practical training, and bi-weekly continuing education post-hire.
