Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft server operating systems, Enterprise backup and continuity, and technology automation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for existing infrastructure systems and services
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation techniques
  • Diagnosing operating system issues using integrated diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Conducting research and making recommendations on new IS solutions, services, and processes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting a highly available, medium to large enterprise production environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of medium to large enterprise configurations and design for systems and public cloud service offerings
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Server platforms, server virtualization, cloud virtualization technologies, automation platforms, Enterprise monitoring systems, and Enterprise backup systems
