Senior Project Coordinator for Enterprise IT

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our IM/IT Enterprise initiative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team, including managing project archives, maintaining system/application libraries, and handling tasks critical to project success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to project management team and technical users with routine tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Offering administrative support, including managing project archives, maintaining system/application libraries, and handling tasks critical to project success.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for the project, logging and tracking requests, resolving issues, and escalating complex ones following established protocols.
  • Tracking and managing project change requests while keeping project information—such as activity schedules, status reports, financial reports and correspondence—up to date.
  • Using various applications across platforms to perform technical and administrative tasks (Office 365, GCDocs, MS Project, Clarity (Portfolio Management)).
  • Maintaining clear communication with project management, technical users, and end users regarding project administration and status updates.

The ideal candidate will have a certification in Project Management or PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification.
