Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the execution of complex strategic projects and campaigns aligned to client objectives and agency standards
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor
* Mentor and develop the account team through collaboration and training opportunities
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and agency strategies
* Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams
* Manage and schedule projects to maintain an efficient workflow

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or in account management
* Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and campaigns
* Deep understanding of marketing channels and best practices
