We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Specialist to drive innovation and solve complex problems with advanced techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex challenges using machine learning.
  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
  • Implement scalable solutions to seamlessly integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Optimize and fine-tune ML algorithms to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure robustness.
  • Stay updated on the latest ML advancements and share promising research directions with the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with ML methods, including reinforcement learning, computer vision, or NLP.
  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on production-grade applications.
  • Practical experience with ROS2 and parallel computing technologies (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP).
  • Proficiency in Python or C++, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of robotics principles and technologies is highly desirable.
  • Publications in leading AI, ML, or robotics conferences are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
