AutoCanada Inc / BMW MINI Laval is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant/Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant/Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's inventory management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records using Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient inventory management
  • Inspect vehicles and record their condition in Google Sheets
  • Ensure the showroom and front line of the dealership meet manufacturer standards
  • Assist the sales team with tasks such as retrieving vehicles and mats, washing cars, and conducting road trips
  • Transport, load, and unload tires, and manage inventory
  • Recharge vehicle batteries in the showroom
  • Clear snow from vehicles and ensure they are accessible
  • Keep the MINI drive-thru area clear and ensure no tires are left in this area

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in the automotive sector is an asset
