Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Document Technician to join our team at Linds & Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, revising, and formatting high-quality documentation with extreme attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise documentation to the highest quality standards
  • Utilize applications and recommend alternative methods to increase accuracy and productivity
  • Manage timeline expectations and complete work in a timely fashion
  • Ensure clients have a positive experience
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including photocopying, printing, faxing, and sending documents
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and upgrades in technology
  • Produce high-quality work and proofread as necessary


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a legal document processing centre
  • Knowledge of all practice areas, with emphasis on Real Estate or Litigation
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary education as a legal assistant or law clerk
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
