About the Role:

The Parking Attendant Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facility.

This position involves monitoring the parking area, enforcing parking rules, receiving and recording payments, and informing management of any issues or malfunctions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with queries, and report any incidents or safety concerns to their supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily floats are secured safely and balanced at the end of each shift
  • Patrolling the parking lot to enforce parking regulations
  • Receiving and processing payments via POS system
  • Informing management of equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements
  • Providing traffic control when necessary
  • Reporting accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Dock Manager
  • Offering exceptional customer service and assisting guests with inquiries or concerns
  • Following all safety policies, departmental procedures, and service standards
  • Complying with health and safety regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • The ability to work extended periods without sitting and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kgs)
  • Availability to work on major holidays
