Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Recruit and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
