The Sanctions Compliance Investigations Team is a critical component of SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA's US Financial Crime Compliance Department. This team is responsible for reviewing and investigating all potential violations of OFAC, EU, and other applicable regulations.

As a member of this team, you will work closely with OFAC SMEs to analyze transactions escalated to Sanctions Compliance to determine permissibility within the scope of assigned duties. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough analysis of escalated live transaction and static data alerts, compiling metrics and key data points to address sanctions risk, and identifying OFAC compliance issues/concerns to implement solutions to improve controls/operations.

This role requires strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and OFAC risk management responsibilities. You must have at least 3 years of work experience in a compliance or regulatory affairs capacity, with at least one year focused on sanctions compliance.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners in the United States, both orally and in writing. English proficiency is required for this role.
