Job Title: Seasonal Labourer

Border Paving Ltd. is a leading provider of paving and construction services, committed to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Seasonal Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist coworkers with manual labour tasks, including loading and unloading materials, hand digging, levelling, and grading with hand tools.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as rollers and skid steers, to support our paving and construction operations.
  • Use small hand, power, and air tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Work in all weather conditions, sometimes in physically demanding situations.
  • Be available to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to our safe work practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform duties outside of this position on occasion, as required by the team.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
