Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including painters and decorators.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including training and development programs.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
Work Environment:

Our construction projects take place outdoors, and the Construction Supervisor will be required to work in a variety of locations.
