Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements, and communicate them effectively across the production floor.
  • Establish the scope of your area of focus, creating a long-term roadmap and schedule, defining deliverables, quality targets, and key milestones, and outlining development strategies and budgets.
  • Pave the way for production by developing workflows and pipelines, and implementing means to facilitate interaction between colleagues.
  • Set clear goals for your team members to achieve, ensuring the process of delivering those goals is as smooth as possible.
  • Anticipate risks and develop plans to overcome them.
  • Meet with your team to clarify milestones, prioritize deliverables, provide updates, address concerns, offer direction, gather feedback, and more.
  • Synchronize progress and momentum with the producer, production director, and production managers, and follow up on budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and evolve our processes, methods, and practices.
  • Participate in recruitment to build your team and foster their professional growth and career progression.

Requirements
