About the Job:

The successful candidate will have significant experience in delivering HR transformation projects, with a strong understanding of cloud-based HCM systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate should also possess excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Implementation Team: The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation team and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage Stakeholder Expectations: The successful candidate will need to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver Quality Results: The candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality results, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The successful candidate will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
