Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Provide knowledgeable and effective customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice and processing policy changes.
  • Achieve sales goals by working within department standards for quality.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input into standards, procedures, and special projects.

Who You Are

  • 3 years of insurance sales experience.
  • Hold a valid OTL/RIBO license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or working towards CIP designation is an asset.
