About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our five-year growth strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic financial leadership, with a strong ability to analyze complex business data and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization, including forecasting and long-term modeling based on business, player, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and maximize returns to shareholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of senior management experience, with a strong background in financial management and leadership.
  • Exceptional financial management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A track record of collaboration and maximization of financial information, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
