About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on matters related to achievement of our corporate strategy and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial reporting tools and systems that enable timely data and effective decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of senior management experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of collaboration, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
