Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Resource Ability. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric clients with medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 overnight care to assigned clients in their home environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed
  • Document client progress, medication administration, and any notable events or concerns
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM)
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
