At HB Studios, we are a driving force in the creation of sports video games. We are currently looking for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of developers, creators, and fans who are passionate about video game development.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to contribute to the development of quality games from initial concept to final release. This role is crucial in ensuring our games are polished, engaging, and free from bugs and defects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Perform short-term assignments using independent judgment within defined procedures.
  2. Conduct thorough testing to ensure software meets regulatory performance standards and requirements.
  3. Identify and document defects or design issues clearly and concisely in our database.
  4. Create and execute comprehensive test cases to uncover and log product defects.
  5. Provide valuable insights on the playability and overall experience of our titles.
  6. Work closely with colleagues across the QA department and the development team.
Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  3. A genuine interest in video games and game development.
  4. Experience testing across multiple games and platforms is a plus.
  5. Technically proficient with PCs and gaming consoles a plus.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of solving problems effectively.
  7. A reliable team player who can also work independently.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
