Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Will train, but equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Government Programs: Recognized employer.
