Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of more than 20 people, including staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
