Senior Project Manager, Rail Signals & Communications

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Rail Signals & Communications team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage project stages to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Identify necessary resources for Signals and Communications projects.
  • Develop project scope, deliverables, and work plans.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
  • Lead project controls staff and project coordinators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline + 6 years of experience in project management in rail for signals.
  • Technical Diploma + 8 years of experience.
  • 8 years or more of relevant experience in public rail and transit.
  • Strong technical knowledge in LRT and Freight rail.
  • Experience in State of Good Repair projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills.
