Our Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive store environment that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Store Operations: Ensure efficient store operations through effective scheduling, recruitment, and inventory management.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Communication: Clearly communicate company initiatives, policies, and procedures to staff, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive retail experience in a management role.
- Previous experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
