Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BEST BITE PIZZA LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
