Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Unit Assistant (NUA) to manage day-to-day operations, oversee projects, and lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment at Vancouver Coastal Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget planning and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Project coordination and management to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Effective team leadership and development to enhance productivity and morale
  • Process improvement and optimization to streamline operations and improve patient care
  • Stakeholder communication and engagement to build strong relationships and drive collaboration
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health and dental coverage, a pension plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
