Retail Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Windsor, ON. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee development.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with our customers, community groups, and internal stakeholders. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, achieve sales targets, and manage budgets.
- Customer Service: Lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service and experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock replenishment, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Employee Development: Coach, mentor, and develop employees to reach their full potential, driving retention and productivity.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local community groups, participate in events, and develop initiatives to give back to the community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
