Baycrest Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our Complex Continuing Care Unit (5E). As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care and support
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being

Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Experience working with geriatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
