Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' needs and goals
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote healthy living and aging
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active registration and practice permit from the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute or long-term care rehabilitation programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
