Job Summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to work at a retail location, up to 6 hours a week. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for making our bulk food/packaged products displays look beautiful and appealing to customers.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel. You will be able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing duties.

Responsibilities

  • Make product displays look attractive and appealing to customers
  • Bring product from the storage area and fill up displays following a Planogram
  • Update seasonal displays and pricing
  • Place product orders
  • Execute account-specific initiatives, bookings, end caps, and marketing programs
  • Recognize opportunities to add value on each store visit while collaborating with department personnel
  • Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, Planogram changes, out-of-stock corrections, freshness, etc.
  • Prepare and submit required reporting daily

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis
