Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Estimator to join our team at MS Motorsports Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating repair costs based on damage examination reports, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan repair work to be performed, including replacement of front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a seamless finish
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in auto body repair or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
