Responsibilities:

  • Provide luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Store luggage for guests accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Deliver morning newspapers and room service orders, demonstrating a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Assist the valet attendant with parking guest vehicles, showcasing a team-oriented mindset.
  • Work closely with the Front Desk Team to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel group bookings and scheduled events, staying up-to-date on key information.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Front Desk, lobby, and driveway area, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience, providing recommendations on local sights and attractions.
  • Assist in arranging transportation for guests, showcasing a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Read the logbook to stay informed of day's events, staying proactive and engaged.
  • Check for VIP arrivals and deliver VIP amenities as required, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality
  • Clean driver's abstract indicating a safe driving record (Class 5 License)
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Familiarity with the local area
  • Demonstrates superior customer service philosophy
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplifies Coast's core values and enjoys working in a culture of accountability
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
