Job Title: Server - Food Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at the Highwayman Pub in South Surrey. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and contributing to the success of our food and beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns
Requirements:
  • Previous serving experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Knowledge of beer and wine pairings is an asset
  • Valid Serving it Right Certificate required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and independently
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
