Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Chatora Indian Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility or accommodating dietary restrictions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Server, you will be working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy trays.
