Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at the Miele Experience Centre in Calgary. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience, achieving store sales targets, and demonstrating expert Miele product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistent premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge
  • Embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines to ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience
  • Drive direct sales and have the ability to wear different hats to ensure the Miele Experience Centre is always pristine
  • Prepare customer quotes and orders, sell Cash-and-Carry products, and provide owner education and product demonstrations
  • Lead Miele Culinary Institute events and create leads from consumer events
  • Maintain a relationship with existing customers and re-engage customers back to the brand
  • Ensure customers have the home economic and appliance support necessary to use Miele appliances effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years in premium retail sales and customer service experience
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience hosting customer events and comfortable presenting in front of small and large groups
  • Culinary experience is preferred, and Alberta safe food handling certification is preferred but not required
