Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Lead a team of UI/UX designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Oversee the support and continuous improvement of critical user interfaces, ensuring seamless implementation of designs.
  • Manage the intake and backlog of requests from multiple business lines and drive delivery on a value-based, priority-driven manner.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and gain consensus with business and technology leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience and 3+ years leading and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience delivering products in an Agile environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale multi-year projects/programs.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and build a deep knowledge of their team's deliverables and design processes.
  • Ability to build and execute on a strategic roadmap by ruthlessly prioritizing value-added work.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and be willing to lead by example.
  • Strong communication skills – will be speaking with Stakeholders, Business Partners, Operation Teams, and Developers.
