Physician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at MD Centres.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
- Participate in health care policy and planning, and advise patients on health care options.
- Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities, and act as a patient advocate.
- Coordinate or manage primary patient care, provide acute care management, and offer counselling and support to patients and their families.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
