Physician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at MD Centres.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as provide vaccinations and inoculations to prevent and treat diseases.
- Participate in health care policy and planning, and advise patients on health care options.
- Report births, deaths, and contagious diseases to government authorities, and serve as a patient advocate.
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care, provide acute care management, and offer counseling and support to patients and their families.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
