Clinical Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Clinical Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical development model by performing various laboratory tasks and ensuring the highest quality of results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technical activities related to laboratory testing, including vital signs, electrocardiograms, and physiological data measurement.
- Ship samples to laboratories according to schedule and temperature requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Provide excellent customer service experience to our clients and stakeholders.
- College degree in science, such as biomedical analysis techniques, medical laboratory, chemistry-biology, or analytical chemistry.
- Bachelor's Degree in science.
- Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (AMT) or Certified Laboratory Technologist.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software.
- Experience in regulatory context is an asset.
- English: Required bilingualism, including understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to tasks, and writing simple messages.
- Spanish: Required bilingualism, including understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to tasks, and writing simple messages.
