Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to study timeframes and perform general tasks according to the protocol or study conduct.
- Collect and process pharmacokinetic and diagnostic biological samples, prepare and dispense buffer solutions for special studies.
- Ship samples per laboratory schedule, temperature requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Order and ensure supplies are available for the well conduct of activities.
- Offer a good quality customer service experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with:
- A college degree in science (biomedical analysis techniques, medical laboratory, chemistry-biology, or analytical chemistry) or animal health.
- Bachelor's Degree in science.
- Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (AMT), Certified Laboratory Technologist, or relative alternate certification.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Clinical software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a regulatory context is an asset.
Language Requirements
English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to the tasks to be executed, and writing simple messages.
Spanish level: Required bilingualism includes understanding various messages, exchanging verbally on subjects related to the tasks to be executed, and writing simple messages.
