Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Moody Glazing. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
