We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
Work Term: Permanent
