About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Advisor to join our team at the Regina Main Branch. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in helping clients reach their financial goals and achieve success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS: Utilize your excellent people skills to build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored advice.
  • DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED WEALTH PLANS: Leverage RBC's extensive resources to create comprehensive wealth plans that meet clients' complex financial needs.
  • FOSTERING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS: Establish long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert advice to ensure their financial well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements

- 4-6 years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.

- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent certification.

- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and provide personalized service.

- A passion for financial planning and portfolio management, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, or a related field.
  • Completion of advanced certifications, such as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
