Drive high-profile initiatives and deliver operational excellence as a Project Director at Adecco Canada. Lead cross-functional teams, manage project portfolios, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Project Leadership

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple, large-scale projects in line with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and securing stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor project managers and other team members, ensuring collaboration and accountability across all levels.

Portfolio & Resource Management

Oversee project portfolios, allocate resources effectively, and balance priorities across multiple projects to maximize efficiency.

Budget & Financial Oversight

Ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints and generate accurate financial forecasts and reports for senior leadership.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project outcomes, adjusting project plans and strategies as necessary.

Quality Control

Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Performance Tracking

Utilize project management tools to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure that deadlines are met.

Continuous Improvement

Implement and refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools to drive ongoing project optimization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Program Manager.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana), budget management, and team collaboration tools.
  • Proven experience in leading large, diverse teams and managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes projects.
