Job Title: Bookkeeper

Firoze Shaik Accountant & Tax Services is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting.
  • Language: English.
