Job Description

RBC Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by designing and implementing effective testing strategies.

What is the opportunity?

You will work closely with our development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, design and implement automated testing frameworks, and ensure that our software applications meet the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Design and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality software applications
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

What will you do?

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development life cycles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
