Job Description:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist with Forever Building Maintenance Ltd., you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

You will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as disinfecting operating rooms and other areas. Additionally, you will be required to handle and report lost and found items, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, as well as stand for extended periods.
