We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
