Job Description
  • Assist departments with quotes for furniture and coordinate moves to minimize staff disruption
  • Coordinate Life Safety testing and external contractors for services required
  • Schedule facilities requests and ensure timely completion
  • Provide general office support to the Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assists Departments with quotes for furniture and coordinates moves to minimize staff disruption
  2. Coordinates Life Safety testing to meet legislated requirements and schedules external contractors for services required
  3. Tracks Facility Services requests and ensures timely completion
  4. Provides general office support to the Facility Manager by creating and generating reports based on utility use or budget tracking sheets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A full Secondary School Diploma
  • 3 years of experience working in Building Services
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SAP, and Adobe Acrobat 5.0

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to multitask, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
