Job Description- Assist departments with quotes for furniture and coordinate moves to minimize staff disruption
- Coordinate Life Safety testing and external contractors for services required
- Schedule facilities requests and ensure timely completion
- Provide general office support to the Facility Manager
- Assists Departments with quotes for furniture and coordinates moves to minimize staff disruption

- Tracks Facility Services requests and ensures timely completion
- Provides general office support to the Facility Manager by creating and generating reports based on utility use or budget tracking sheets
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A full Secondary School Diploma
- 3 years of experience working in Building Services
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SAP, and Adobe Acrobat 5.0
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to multitask, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
